I believe overcoming binge eating is a long process. It doesn’t happen overnight. But recognizing I have a problem is the first step. Hopefully I can kick start the second step of my recovery with this challenge. The rules of the challenge are: Make a rough meal plan for the following day. Calories are not necessary to count or include. The meal plan is just for basic structure so to avoid binge eating. Eat from all food groups (or the food groups you do eat from if you follow a vegetarian, vegan, paleo, etc. diet). Make sure to get enough fiber and protein. Eat three square meals with healthy snacks in between. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night. Exercise! Whatever works as long as you’re moving! Post pictures of your food and make a daily recap tagged with 30DBFC If you feel the urge to binge, talk to someone immediately and distract yourself! I’d really love those of you who struggle with binge eating to join me, because it’s so much easier to succeed if I’m not in this alone! I am totally in on this! I don’t know how many nights I will remember to update, but I will try! it is the weekend so it’s going to be difficult, but I had a successful Friday! it’s a start! let’s do this i’m on!  I’m in :)
